The young Rebaño striker had an outstanding performance in the 17 games he played, scoring on average every 93 minutes, and every time he scored, the Rebaño Sagrado did not lose.
Based on quiet work and a lot of sacrifice for the team, 'Hormiga' earned his place in Gabriel Milito's starting lineup every week. His first great performance of the tournament helped Guadalajara come from behind to beat Atlético San Luis, thanks to a brace from the Aguascalientes native.
After starting the epic comeback against Tijuana, 'Otaku' gained significant momentum in El Clásico de México, sealing the Rojiblanco victory with an unstoppable left-footed shot.
