Isla Navidad, Colima.- Guadalajara's work in the Rojiblanca preseason continues unabated at their headquarters on the coast of Colima. El Rebaño was the team that showed the best physical condition in the second half of 2025 and is fully focused on maintaining that status ahead of the 2026 Clausura.
That's why this morning, Gabriel Milito's team held an intense session led by physical trainer Sergio Di Bartolo, using the 14th hole of the golf course as their platform. However, things took a 360-degree turn towards the end of training, when fatigue and heat were taking their toll on the Rojiblanco squad.
That's right, Chivahermanos: to reward the team's unwavering effort, the coaching staff authorized the squad to take a well-deserved dip in the sea, which is just a few meters from the golf course. Of course, the beach awaited the players, coaches, and staff with perfect, refreshing temperatures, facilitating laughter, good vibes, and helping to grow the already strong group unity that exists in the Rebaño Sagrado.
Whether diving into the water, sitting on the sand, or climbing the viewpoint next to the beach, the Rojiblanco team ended the first half of their preparation for CL26 in style, laying not only their physical and soccer foundations, but also their human and group foundations, for an ambitious new tournament in Liga MX.
