Strong performances by Chivas’ youth teams, shining against Rayados

Both the U-21 and U-19 squads showcased their quality against Rayados in matches played on Saturday morning at El Barrial, as part of Matchday 12 action.
Both teams put on a masterclass in teamwork in Monterrey, where the U-21 side earned two valuable points to temporarily move into third place in the overall standings, while the U-19 team claimed all three points to climb up the table.

El Rebaño stepped onto the field with authority and secured a 3-3 draw against Monterrey, which led to a penalty shootout at the end of the match, where el equipo Rojiblanco prevailed 10-9.
Chivas attacking performance was decisive, forcing the home side to adopt a more conservative approach throughout the game.
The goals were scored by Leonel Calderón, who equalized in the 22nd minute, and Diego Latorre, who netted a brace in the 40th and 79th minutes.
